產(chǎn)品描述/Products Description
小鼠骨髓巨噬細(xì)胞(MPBMMACs)來源于無病原體實驗室成年小鼠的脛骨和股骨。MPBMMACs在100毫米處理過的組織培養(yǎng)皿中生長，在完全生長培養(yǎng)基中培養(yǎng)10-15天。Mouse bone marrow macrophages (MPBMMACs) are derived from the tibias and femurs of pathogen-free laboratory adult mice. MPBMMACs are grown in 100 mm treated tissue culture dish and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium for 10-15 days.
