產(chǎn)品描述/Products Description
小鼠胚胎成纖維細(xì)胞是從無致病性實(shí)驗(yàn)小鼠的第13天小鼠胚胎中分離出來的。在涂有0.2%明膠的T75組織培養(yǎng)瓶中生長1小時，在完全培養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)基中培養(yǎng)3-7天。
Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts from are isolated from day 13 mouse embryos of pathogen-free laboratory mice. They are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 1 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium for 3-7 days.
