產(chǎn)品描述/Products Description
小鼠心肌原代成纖維細(xì)胞從無(wú)病原體的實(shí)驗(yàn)小鼠組織中分離出來(lái)。小鼠心肌原代成纖維細(xì)胞在涂有0.2%明膠的T75組織培養(yǎng)瓶中生長(zhǎng)1小時(shí)，一般在培養(yǎng)完全生長(zhǎng)培養(yǎng)基中培養(yǎng)3-7天。
Mouse primary cardiac fibroblasts are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. Mouse primary cardiac fibroblasts are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 1 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
