小鼠原代腎細胞(MPKIDCs)是從無致病性實驗室小鼠組織中分離出來的。mpkidc是小鼠腎細胞在T75組織培養(yǎng)瓶中生長1小時的混合群體，預涂0.2%明膠，一般在完全培養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)基中培養(yǎng)3-7天。
Mouse primary kidney cells (MPKIDCs) are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. MPKIDCs are mixed population of mouse kidney cells grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 1 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
