NPB-BDCA4+ Lymphoid/Plasmacytoid Dendritic cells have been positively isolated from mononuclear cells using immunomagnetic BDCA-4 MicroBead labeling system. BDCA-4 is marker for CD11c-, CD123 bright (lymphoid) dendritic cells. NPB-BDCA4+ cells possess plasmacytoid morphology and express the CD45RA cell marker. BDCA-4 is not detectable on the cell surface of other blood cells.
