First, NPB-CD8+ T Cells (CTL) are negatively isolated from Mononuclear Cells using immunomagnetic CD8+ T cell isolation kit. Next, CD45RO MicroBeads are used to deplete the CD45RO+ cell population, leaving a purified CD8+/CD45RA+ Na?ve T Cell population.
