產(chǎn)品描述/Products Description
Mononuclear cells (Mononuclear Cells) are small aliquots from an apheresis leuko pak. The leuko pak is collected using the COBE Spectra TM apheresis machine (approximately 90% of these cells are Mononuclear Cells). These fresh Mononuclear Cells products are processed to deplete RBC using an ammonium chloride solution and are processed to deplete platelets by centrifugation.
