Rat Calvarial Osteoblasts (RCO) are isolated from the calvaria bone of neonatal Sprague-Dawley rats. RCO are cryopreserved at primary cultures and delivered frozen. RCO are guaranteed to further expand for 10 population doublings in the conditions provided by AcceGen.
