Rat Cardiac Microvascular Endothelial Cells (RCMEC) are isolated from adult Sprague Dawley rat heart tissue. RCMEC are cryopreserved from passage one culture. RCMEC are guaranteed to further expand for 10 population doublings at the conditions recommended by AcceGen.
