Human Burkitt's Lymphoma. Derived from ascites fluid of a patient with Burkitt's Lymphoma. The cells are Epstein Barr Virus Nuclear Antigen (EBNA) negative. CA46 also expresses surface IgM kappa and secretes IgM which does not bind to protein A.
