M-07e cell line was established from the peripheral blood of a 6-month-old girl with acute megakaryoblastic leukemia (AML M7) at diagnosis in 1987; Subline of the growth factor-independent cell line M-07; M-07e cells respond proliferatively to GM-CSF, IFN-alpha, IFN-?, IFN-gamma, IL-2, IL-3, IL-4, IL-6, IL-15, NGF, SCF, TNF-alpha, TPO.
