產(chǎn)品描述/Products Description
This line was derived from HOS cells by transformation with 0.01 μG/ml MNNG (a carcinogenic nitrosamine). The cells exhibit a high saturation density, a high plating efficiency in soft agar and are tumorigenic in nude mice.
