Human FAM58A knockdown cell line is engineered by our optimized transduction of the specific shRNA with lentivirus. Knockdown levels are determined via qRT-PCR. AcceGen offers generation of stable knockdown (RNAi) cell lines expressing shRNAs targeting genes of your interest.
