Rat testis Leydig cell tumour. A rat testis Leydig cell tumour cell line derived from a 2-month-old male WFu rat. Virus susceptibility: herpes simplex; Vaccinia; Pseudorabies; Vesicular stomatitis (Indiana). Resistant to poliovirus 2. Stimulation by other hormones or cAMP is not required for hormone secretion.
