背景介紹/context：
Immortalised Human Endometriotic Cell Line (12Z) was generated by infecting cells, obtained from a 37 year-old female undergoing laparoscopy, with SV40 virus. This cell line exhibits expression of markers of endometriotic lesions that are seen in vivo. Immortalised Human Endometriotic Cell Line (12Z) may be used to characterize and identify genes and/or markers related to endometriosis.
人永生化子宮內(nèi)膜異位細(xì)胞系(12Z)是通過感染一名接受腹腔鏡檢查的37歲女性的細(xì)胞而產(chǎn)生的，病毒為SV40。該細(xì)胞系顯示體內(nèi)可見的子宮內(nèi)膜病變標(biāo)志物的表達。人永生化子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥細(xì)胞系(12Z)可用于特征和鑒定與子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥相關(guān)的基因和/或標(biāo)記。
