背景介紹/context：

The MH-S cell line was obtained from a 7 week-old male BALB/c J mouse by bronchoalveolar lavage followed by SV-40 transformation of an adherent cell enriched population of alveolar macrophages. Many properties of alveolar macrophages are expressed with the cells being phagocytic, esterase positive and peroxidase negative. The intracellular T-antigen and cell surface Ia and Mac-1 antigens are expressed as well as Fc receptors. IL-1 is constitutively expressed and can be increased by stimulation with lipopolysaccharides (LPS). A cellulose dependant suppression of the in vitro plaque-forming cell (PFC) i-espouse by MH-S cells has also been reported.

從7周齡BALB/c J雄性小鼠中獲得MH-S細(xì)胞株，經(jīng)支氣管肺泡灌洗后，再由富含肺泡巨噬細(xì)胞的黏附細(xì)胞SV-40轉(zhuǎn)化。肺泡巨噬細(xì)胞的許多特性表現(xiàn)為吞噬、酯酶陽(yáng)性和過(guò)氧化物酶陰性。細(xì)胞內(nèi)t抗原、細(xì)胞表面Ia和mc -1抗原以及Fc受體均有表達(dá)。IL-1組成性表達(dá)，并可通過(guò)脂多糖(LPS)刺激而增加。在體外血小板形成細(xì)胞(PFC)中，纖維素依賴抑制的MH-S細(xì)胞也有報(bào)道。
