背景介紹/context：

Mouse Pulmonary Microvascular Endothelial Cells (mPulMVECs) were initially isolated from mouse cardiac ventricle tissues of 3-week old C57/Black6 mice and SV40-GFP-mPulMVECs were selected from mPulMVECs infected with SV40 and GFP expressing lentiviruses with puromycin. Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for the expansion of SV40-GFP-mPulMVECs. And we warranty a minimum of 30 passages of the cells if cultured following the detailed protocol described below.

小鼠肺微血管內(nèi)皮細胞(mPulMVECs)首先從3周齡C57/Black6小鼠的小鼠心室組織中分離，SV40-GFP-mPulMVECs從感染了puromycin表達SV40和GFP的慢病毒的mPulMVECs中選擇。建議使用內(nèi)皮生長培養(yǎng)基來擴張SV40-GFP-mPulMVECs。如果按照以下詳細的方法培養(yǎng)，我們保證至少30代細胞。
