背景介紹/context：
Mouse Heart Microvascular Endothelial Cells (mHtMVECs) were initially isolated from mouse cardiac ventricle tissues of 3-week old C57/Black6 mice and SV40-GFP-mHtMVECs were selected from mHtMVECs infected with SV40 and GFP expressing lentiviruses with puromycin. Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for the expansion of Sv40-GFP-mHtMVECs. And we warranty a minimum of 30 passages of the cells if cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
小鼠心臟微血管內(nèi)皮細胞(mHtMVECs)首先從3周齡C57/Black6小鼠的心肌組織中分離，SV40-GFP-mHtMVECs從感染了SV40和GFP表達的puromycin慢病毒的mHtMVECs中選取。建議使用內(nèi)皮生長培養(yǎng)基進行Sv40-GFP-mHtMVECs的擴張。如果按照以下詳細的方法培養(yǎng)，我們保證至少30代細胞。
