背景介紹/context：

Cb-E1A cell line from postnatal day 7 rat cerebellar granule cells that were Immortalised with the 12S E1A adenovirus gene.Granule cells of the cerebellum are among the smallest neurons in the brain as well as the most abundant. They account for about 3/4 of the brain's neurons. Granule cells receive excitatory input from mossy fibers (major imputs to the cerebellum) originating from pontine nuclei.

產(chǎn)自出生后7天大鼠小腦顆粒細(xì)胞的Cb-E1A細(xì)胞系，具有12S E1A腺病毒基因。小腦顆粒細(xì)胞是大腦中最小也是最豐富的神經(jīng)元。它們約占大腦神經(jīng)元的3/4。顆粒細(xì)胞接受來自起源于橋腦核的苔蘚纖維(小腦的主要輸入物)的興奮性輸入。
