背景介紹/context：
E1A-NR.3 was established by immortalization of postnatal day 6 rat neuroretinal tissue using the psi2 replication incompetent retroviral vector. As a result, these cells are already resistant to geneticin/G418 and would require an alternative selection marker for transfection studies. These cells were designed not to form tumors in animals.E1A-NR。
采用不自主復(fù)制逆轉(zhuǎn)錄psi2病毒載體對出生后6天大鼠神經(jīng)視網(wǎng)膜組織進行永生化。因此，這些細胞已經(jīng)對geneticin/G418具有抗性，需要另一種選擇標記來進行轉(zhuǎn)染研究。這些細胞被設(shè)計成不會在動物體內(nèi)形成腫瘤。
