背景介紹/context：
rMC-1 Immortalised cells constitutively express GFAP (glial fibrillary acidic protein) and CRALBP (cellular retinaldehyde-binding protein) which are present in Müller cells.Müller cells are the most abundant type of glial cells found in the vertebrate retina, and perform diverse functions that support the activity of retinal neurons. This Immortalised cell line facilitates gene expression studies in Müller cells and improves the understanding of Müller cell-neuron interactions.
rMC-1永生化細胞組成性地表達Muller細胞中存在的GFAP(膠質(zhì)纖維酸性蛋白)和CRALBP(細胞視黃醛結(jié)合蛋白)。Muller細胞是脊椎動物視網(wǎng)膜中最豐富的膠質(zhì)細胞類型，其功能多樣，支持視網(wǎng)膜神經(jīng)元的活動。這一永生化的細胞系促進了Muller細胞的基因表達研究，并提高了對Muller細胞-神經(jīng)元相互作用的理解。
