背景介紹/context：

Immortalised renal proximal tubule (RPT) cell line derived from primary rabbit kidney proximal tubule cell cultures which were transfected with the pRSV-T vector containing SV40 early region genes.The renal proximal tubule is part of the nephron (structural and functional unit of the kidney) containing the tubular fluid filtered through the glomerulus. The renal proximal tubule contains the components, proximal convulated tubule, loop of henle and the distal convulated tubule. Damage to the tubule can lead to kidney diseases such as Diabetes or Glomerular Disease.

永生化腎近端小管(RPT)細(xì)胞系來(lái)源于兔原代腎近端小管細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)，轉(zhuǎn)染含有SV40早期區(qū)域基因的pRSV-T載體。腎近端小管是腎元(腎臟的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能單位)的一部分，含有經(jīng)腎小球過(guò)濾的腎小管液體。腎近端小管包括近端convulated小管、henle袢和遠(yuǎn)端convulated小管。小管的損傷會(huì)導(dǎo)致腎臟疾病，如糖尿病或腎小球疾病。
