產(chǎn)品描述/Products Description
小鼠原代心肌細(xì)胞(MPCACs)是從無致病性實(shí)驗(yàn)小鼠組織中分離出來的。MPCACs是小鼠心肌細(xì)胞在預(yù)涂0.2%明膠的T75組織培養(yǎng)瓶中生長0.5小時，一般在培養(yǎng)完全生長培養(yǎng)基中培養(yǎng)3-7天的混合群體。
Mouse primary cardiac cells (MPCACs) are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. MPCACs are mixed population of mouse cardiac cells grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 0.5 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
