Mouse primary kidney cells (MPKIDCs) are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. MPKIDCs are mixed population of mouse kidney cells grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 0.5 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.

小鼠原代腎細(xì)胞(MPKIDCs)是從無(wú)致病性實(shí)驗(yàn)室小鼠組織中分離出來(lái)的。mpkidc是小鼠腎細(xì)胞在T75組織培養(yǎng)瓶中生長(zhǎng)0.5小時(shí)的混合群體，預(yù)涂0.2%明膠，在完全培養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)基中培養(yǎng)3-7天。
