產(chǎn)品描述/Products Description
小鼠原代腎上皮細胞(MPKIDEpiCs)是從無病原體的實驗小鼠組織中分離出來的。MPKIDEpiCs在涂有0.2%明膠的T75組織培養(yǎng)瓶中生長0.5小時，一般在完全培養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)基中培養(yǎng)3-7天。
Mouse primary kidney epithelial cells (MPKIDEpiCs) are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. MPKIDEpiCs are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 0.5 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
