產品描述/Products Description
小鼠腎臟成纖維細胞從無致病性實驗室小鼠組織中分離出來。小鼠腎臟成纖維細胞在涂有0.2%明膠的T75組織培養(yǎng)瓶中生長0.5小時，一般在培養(yǎng)完全生長培養(yǎng)基中培養(yǎng)3-7天。
Mouse kidney fibroblasts are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. Mouse kidney fibroblasts are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 0.5 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
