內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基是一種低血清內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞完全培養(yǎng)基,適合血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞和永生化的內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞株。
內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基經(jīng)10種人各部位的內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞的測試和優(yōu)化,經(jīng)無菌,無支原體,無內(nèi)毒素檢測,添加肝素,內(nèi)皮生長因子,胰島素,抗氧化劑,皮質(zhì)醇等組分,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)細(xì)胞的正常的新陳代謝過程,培養(yǎng)基盡量減少生長刺激的因子組分。
培養(yǎng)基配方:
